Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Our storage boxes are made from cardboard and are considered non-reusable once assembled. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

We take great care to ensure the quality of every item shipped. If your product arrives damaged during transit or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We’ll be happy to assist with a resolution.
